So, I am a little worried that it isn’t quite on schedule. It doesn’t look very different but it has settled a little. However since this is all experimental, I followed the instructions as if it was on track. Remembering what it looked like on day 1, this is what it now looks like:

Again with super clean utensils I removed half of the starter and then stirred in 60g of bread flour and 60g of bottled water. And now this is what I have:
It is more like “pancake batter” but I am not sure that is comforting, since that was what it was supposed to be like before I refreshed it.. we shall see, we shall see.
