Lemon Pasta with Spinach and Prawns Recipe
This is a variation on a previous recipe – Lemon Pasta. In this version I added spinach and prawns. The spinach is a really nice compliment to the lemon, and it make the pasta a little lighter since this is a pretty heavy dish.

To make this modification – prep all your ingredients first, including shelling, de-veining and de-tailing the shrimp and washing and drying the spinach. Bring the pasta water to a simmer and toss the shrimp in for 2 minutes, stirring a few times. remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, continue using the water for the pasta. Start making the sauce as per the directions, however add the spinach into the cream sauce after it has been boiling for about 4 minutes, stir to wilt. Add the prawns just before the pasta just enough to warm through.
