You’re so lucky you’ve had good luck w/ the slow cooker. I sure have tried a lot of dud recipes, but I keep trying.

I love lamb shanks, especially fixed this way. The crock pot is a great tool. My problem is that I never remember to buy my ingredients the night before!

I have been seeing a few lamb posts over the last week that have looked great, and this one definitely does! I just need to find somewhere that sells lamb now!
