Homemade Falafel Recipe
This is such a keeper I can’t even tell you. I haven’t made falafel at home before (not counting a package) but it is really really easy. Totally a 30 minute meal, and even better it is vegetarian, cheap and healthy. If you pan fy them a little first you get them nice, crispy and browned. I was able to find a bunch of recipes on the web which are very similar but I used this one as a basis.

Serve the falafel in a pita with salad, tzatziki and\or hummus. I like a few peperoncini too.

I haven’t had falafel in ages and ages and ages. And the last time was from a restaurant. Thanks for the recipe…will have to try this.

You’ve shown how easy it is to make these Mid-east sammies…nicely done (healthy too).

It’s going to be a keeper for me too!

I’ve always wanted to make falafels and this recipe seems easy enough for me to do.

Thanks.
