Daring Bakers do PizzaThis month the Daring Bakers made pizza. I don’t think I need to comment on this post, the picture says it all. Fantastic, absolutely fantastic. I did try tossing it once but I decided once was enough, plus the dough was very pliable. For my toppings I used pesto, spinach, feta and fresh tomatoes.
Delicious. I have 5 doughs in the fridge, I can’t wait to see how this defrosts!

Here is the recipe, copied from this month’s host Rosa’s Yum Yums. I may just have to go out and get his book. Don’t be scared off by the 2 day recipe, it really isn’t that labour intensive.

Your pizza looks so delicious! I loved the crust too, and I am curious to see how it defrosts, I ate all mine straight away! (not at the same meal though..)
