Thank you for the recipe – it’s a good season for cauliflowers this year in the UK and we’re getting loads in our veg box. I’ve never made soup with it before but will definitely be doing so again as this is delicious and the spices are fabulous. For some reason I also added a couple of carrots…

Mmm, this was delicious! I will make this again! I think next time I am going to use half a head of roasted garlic instead of just one clove – my family is a bunch of garlic-lovers, and that was the only comment.

Happy Cook – I think curry makes everything better, plus I just read somewhere that it is cancer fighting – quite a plus!

I love cauliflower but don’t have it in soup that much! Great ide and I love the spices!

You can tell we are on the same wavelength about cauliflower because I was clicking through to bookmark the recipe and then I noticed the link to my mashed cauliflower! Thanks, and can’t wait to make this. It might be a good one to try with the new pressure cooker!

This is a wonderful soup, love the addition of garam masala and the youghurt to it.
