Baked Shrimp, Feta and Tomatoes RecipeThis delicious shrimp, tomato, and feta recipe was suggested by a reader.  The combination was so unusual that it struck my fancy immediately and I tried it the very next night. Luckily, this pasta recipe is easy to make so it comes together very quickly. I adapted it from several similar recipes I found around the web and made it my own.

The salty feta is such a great contrast to the sweetness of the shrimp. Tossed with a simple tomato sauce this is a pasta I will most definitely make again.
