Baked Shrimp, Feta and Tomatoes Pasta RecipeThis delicious shrimp, tomato, and feta recipe was suggested by a reader.  The combination was so unusual that it struck my fancy immediately and I tried it the very next night. Luckily, this pasta recipe is easy to make so it comes together very quickly. I adapted it from several similar recipes I found around the web and made it my own.

The salty feta is such a great contrast to the sweetness of the shrimp. Tossed with a simple tomato sauce this is a pasta I will most definitely make again.

I was out at a restaurant this weekend and had shrimp with feta for the first time– I was surprised at how well they went together. Your recipe looks great.

I love all the flavors here. What a perfect pasta dish. Aren’t you glad asparagus is in season? I could eat it each night with dinner!

Happycook – I hope you get to it!

Sylvie – me too! I wish I had made more so there would be leftovers. Actually I did but I ended up eating it all.

Jen – this was my first time too!

Kim – I have obviously been missing out.

Bridgett – I swear I could, steamed, roasted, BBQed… any way it is so fab.
