Cauliflower Gratin Recipe

Cauliflower Gratin Recipe
Cauliflower is not only nutritious and full of nutrients but it is delicious too.  I love simple preparations, like roasting and mashing, but every once and awhile it deserves to be fancied up and covered in Bechamel.

This is a true gratin, it isn’t low in fat or calories, but it is comfort food at it’s best. (Can you see the little pool of butter on top?)  You can make it ahead of time and just bake it when you are ready.  It should get beautifully brown and bubbly on top.

  6. I'm really not a huge cauliflower fan…the first time I ate it I had a really bad experience! That being said, this looks really really good and I'm willing to give the veggie another try! Thanks for the recipe!
