		<description>I made this the other night and it was pretty amazing.

I put the extra back in the freezer, but I could not eat it the next day because it was frozen solid as a rock!

Any ideas on what I can mix with the banana to keep the leftovers from freezing so hard?</description>

		<description>Just made this today, as it was so yummy! Have been drawn to making some banana ice cream for a while, and what better way than to make it naturally pure. I added some cacao powder, cashew nuts, blueberries and cinammon powder on top and it is divine! Happy I found your recipe, and someone who is making it also. A very Happy New Year :)</description>
