		<description>We must be on the same wavelength. I made a crisp just last weekend. I used peaches and berries from the freezer and boy was it good. 

Now I wish I&#039;d frozen some rhubarb! Oh well, next spring I&#039;ll think ahead.</description>

As I understand it the difference is that a crisp typically uses oats and potentially other things like coconuts, nuts etc. A crumble&#039;s topping is only flour, sugar and butter.</description>
