Spicy Peanut Sauce Recipe
Peanut Sauce is easy enough to buy bottled, but why not make your own? This recipe for spicy peanut sauce is really simple and you may just find everything you need in your cupboard. Although I have made peanut sauce on a few occasions before I was really happy with how this batch turned out. Adding the tea seemed to be the key to making a rich sauce that wasn’t too thick. In the past I have tried getting the right consistency with water, coconut milk or soy sauce and none really did the trick. Try it tossed with noodles, coated on grilled chicken or tofu, or drizzled over gently cooked spinach.
