Guess what? One of my recipes is included in the upcoming ThinkFood cookbook! I am super excited to be able to announce this cookbook project which is sponsored and published by Posit Science and features 50 recipes by an assortment of fabulous food bloggers. The cookbook is unique in that each recipe features a brain healthy ingredient.
Wednesday was the launch of the Recipe of the Week campaign. You can sign up here, and each week you will receive one of the cookbook’s recipes by email. (Let’s all be sweet and pretend I posted on Wednesday rather than Friday as I am traveling, k?)
