If you are a regular reader of this site, you may have noticed that the recipes have slowed down a bit in the last 2 weeks. Why? Because I am in culinary school and I have been too busy learning and practicing to create many recipes at home. Not to mention too full!

In the coming weeks I hope to share some tips & techniques as well as create some new recipes from what I have learned but please be patient! The cream of leek soup recipe was created and adapted from techniques learned in class, and tomorrow I will post some tips on making chicken stock. Though the recipe is old I updated it yesterday.
