Thinkfood Cookbook Giveaway

by katerina on September 8, 2010

Thinkfood:Brain Healthy Recipes is a cookbook created and published by Posit Science, with a little help from some special bloggers out there, including yours truly. The premise of the cookbook is brain fitness, with each recipe focusing on an ingredient known to be healthy for the human brain.

Thinkfood Cookbook Giveaway

The recipe I included was based around sage, specifically a grill friendly mustard and sage pork tenderloin. It is a very simple recipe to make, and plates quite beautifully with the fresh sage leaves. You can get the full recipe through the Thinkfood Cookbook site.

What a great concept! I’d love a copy of this cookbook because I’ve never thought about food in terms of my ‘brain health’ – just my ‘body health.’ Would love to explore that idea more.
